Jelena Pavlovic is a cultural manager and producer, working also in the fields of digital, in the public relations and marketing.
She studied Yugoslav literature at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. As a Project Coordinator and Manager, over the four years she organized various projects in the fields of youth initiatives, their participation in youth policy making, in the fields of culture and art, protection of human rights and equal rights for women and minorities, as well as in the field of socio-economic inclusions. In 2014, her project European Values for Youth was awarded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
In 2015, she was one of the representatives of the Western Balkans at the Young Leaders Economic Forum in Poland.
Since the end of 2016, she has worked as the Artistic Director of the Polet Gallery.
With the Art Weekend Belgrade 2019, she started to work at KC Grad in public relations & production area, but also at Grad Gallery as an assistant on the Artist in Residence programs.
She was a program coordinator of the Art Zone at the Mikser Festival and one of the selectors and jury members of the Black Box Exhibition 2021.
